Brad J. Latta is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Brad J. Latta in Birmingham, Alabama. His practice is built around family law: divorce, uncontested divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, spousal support and DHR cases. He also handles estate planning and trust matters.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the Birmingham School of Law, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2008. He serves on the Executive Leadership Committee of the Alabama State Bar Family Law Section and appears regularly on Birmingham legal television programs to explain family law to the public.
